Our main goal is to use innovation to help our clients’ businesses grow.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology (B.Sc. IT). My area of specialization is in conducting research and developing technological solutions. Additionally, I possess knowledge in utilizing technology for implementing effective marketing strategies and improving company processes.

Instead of pursuing a traditional role as an employee in established companies, I have a strong inclination towards becoming an entrepreneur. My aspiration is to create employment opportunities and develop innovative solutions. The early exposure to technology sparked my fascination, leading me to self-learn various aspects of technology as well as business, including management and marketing.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Throughout my life, I have dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to my career and professional development. I am extremely pleased with the results and progress I have achieved thus far, as I am confidently moving towards accomplishing my goals. Looking back, I am content with the decisions I have made and the path I have chosen.

However, upon reflection, I recognize that it would have been beneficial to allocate some more time to nurture my personal life, establish meaningful connections, and prioritize improvements for my health and well-being. In retrospect, I acknowledge the value of investing time and energy into building a well-rounded life, encompassing both professional success and personal well-being.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

One of our biggest challenges early on was finding skilled talent in emerging technologies like blockchain due to limitations in the educational structure. To address this, we implemented our own training programs to upskill freshers and fill the talent gap. Additionally, we made our company fully virtual in 2019, allowing us to hire talented individuals from anywhere in the world and work collaboratively. These initiatives have enabled us to overcome talent challenges and build a skilled and diverse team.
