Have been associated with Green movement since long with a focus on making the world a better place for our future generations.This startup is a small step to make mankind and industry understand the value of Water-The most undervalued resource

What lessons has being an entrepreneur taught you? 

Lessons are many but the most important lesson would be to persevere and never lose hope as the world will always try to judge you when you start on your entrepreneurial journey

If you could go back in time to when you first started your business, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

The one piece of advice I would give myself is that we should have taken more risks at the beginning which would have helped us reach our goals faster.

A lot of entrepreneurs find it difficult to balance their work and personal lives. How have you found that?

This is one area where we haven’t faced much challenge as our family has been extremely supportive.Infact we have been all the more happy as our entrepreneurship role has not made our personal lives difficult.

Give us a bit of an insight into the influences behind the company?

The Industrial Wastewater recycling market is highly fragmented with many unorganized players and not many offering Build Own Operate/Build Own Operate Transfer kind of models.

It was with this backdrop that the thought of Roserve originated with RO meaning Reverse Osmosis and Serve meaning on Service model.

What do you think is your magic sauce? What sets you apart from the competitors?

Our presence and reach across all segments and geographies is what sets us apart from competition.We cater to all volumes of wastewater being recycled starting from small to large.

How have you found sales so far? Do you have any lessons you could pass on to other founders in the same market as you just starting out?

Yes.It’s how you perceive your client and to what extent you’re able to offer value adds with your model is what makes you stand out.

What is the biggest challenge you have faced so far in your business, and how did you overcome it?

The biggest challenge has been in terms of the regulatory authorities not being able to enforce the guidelines for industries as per norms.We have been able to do influence industries to go for recycling more as a good Steward

What do you consider are the main strengths of operating your business in India and the specific state you are in over other states in India?

The main strengths have been our unique business model and major states wherein we are present are Gujarat & Tamil Nadu.

What (if any) are some weaknesses of operating your business within India and your state?

Nothing as such because we are one of the first movers in this category and we foresee no specific weaknesses in terms of operations.

If you could operate your business in another state in India rather than the State you are in, which state would it be and why?

We are very happy with our presence in Maharashtra.

India has an incredibly diverse population. How has the affected your consumer base and business?

We deal in B2B segment & this has not affected our business dynamics.

Infrastructure is really important to businesses. How have you seen India’s infrastructure improve recently? Do you see new opportunities opening up?

India’s infrastructure has been growing very rapidly and the new guidelines especially for new infrastructure being created gives us a solid opportunity to grow organically at a fast pace.

What do you want to accomplish in the next 5 years with your business?

We want to reach the 100 Crs Turnover club within the next 5 yrs. with a consistent profitability trend which is not difficult to achieve and ensure client satisfaction remains our principal motto while serving industries.

And finally, if people want to get involved and learn more about your business, how should they do that?

The tariff increase has made input materials expensive leading to a cascading effect on our Equipment prices making it consequently difficult to convince clients for higher pricing.

Would be better if this can be reviewed by the Govt & accordingly some rollback can be done keeping interests of industry in mind.
