Tell us about yourself?

After my post graduation (MCA) in 1998, I started my career as a software engineer in Bangalore. Then, I have worked in many leading companies for the same role up to 2003. After that, the software industry in our country (India) has been changed dramatically.

I can not find more opportunities for the long time as a software developer. So, I have worked as a freelancer in web design and development for some time until 2012. I found the demand for the service has been increased and the new technologies like SaaS has been evolved at that time.

Also, the software industry and business has been trending in that direction. So, I started my own business (CreativeWebGraphicSolutions) in our country and it keeps on evolving with web based products and services from 2015.

Then, We have incorporated our company with Delaware, US at 2021. Now, we have been progressing with employees, products and business for our world class customers.

What lessons has being an entrepreneur taught you? 

We are doing web app design and development services to our customers. So, We need to provide the best solution for their requirements and needs of their business. What I have learned is that it is important to support the customer, partner and investors for the long term success in our business.

If you could go back in time to when you first started your business, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

As an entrepreneurs, we need to be passionate about the customers, products and services. It is important to maintain the customer relationship for the long term success of your business/company.

Even if you don’t get any benefits immediately, you can see the vision or progress of your business in the long run.

A lot of entrepreneurs find it difficult to balance their work and personal lives. How have you found that?

The work life balance is an important aspect for the entrepreneurial success or business success. So, we need to deliver the product or service to customers as their real needs or requirements to their business success. This will ensure the best work life balance for every entrepreneurs.

Give us a bit of an insight into the influences behind the company?

We keep on studying the market with new ideas and concentrate on incremental progress. We have learned to make decisions promptly for every piece of data. We build the relationship and connections to wide variety of people in and out of our industry.

We meet new people who can help us and make sure available to return the favour. Also, we have capacity to take risk and move forward to predict the potential success.

What do you think is your magic sauce? What sets you apart from the competitors?

We are a full service web applications design and development company for B2B, B2C, enterprise and lean startup customers. Once our customers find the product market fit, they will stick with our company for the long term.

So, we will deliver the quality results and solutions for their business success. Some localised competitors have taken advantage to acquire new customers easily that sets us apart.

How have you found sales so far? Do you have any lessons you could pass on to other founders in the same market as you just starting out?

We are the startup company for our world class customers in sales and subscription services. So, we have been practising the best sales and marketing methodologies for our business success.

What is the biggest challenge you have faced so far in your business, and how did you overcome it?

We are facing many challenges for the sales to our world class customers in customer acquisition, payments and orders etc., We will overcome these obstacles with best practices and very passionate to develop the product and services for our customers.

What do you consider are the main strengths of operating your business in India and the specific state you are in over other states in India?

The main strength to operate in our home country is to minimise the operating expenses and we can accommodate the domestic employees for the software development work.

Also, we can reach out the international customers with localisation. It is important for any business success that we will follow as well.

What (if any) are some weaknesses of operating your business within India and your state?

We have some obstacles in operating in India like lack of knowledge and support of real world business needs with our local community. So, we will educate to our employees to better position in the world market.

If you could operate your business in another state in India rather than the State you are in, which state would it be and why?

We have been headquartered in Chennai. Right now, we don’t have the plan to operate in other states. Our main goal is to increase the customer acquisition and satisfaction in our business.

So, we need a collaboration in the working environment for the business success. If we have more branches, the operating expenses will increase that will impact health of our business.

India has an incredibly diverse population. How has the affected your consumer base and business?

We have been targeted for international customers in the web application design and services.

So, the success of business in our Indian consumer contribution is less, compared to other international customers which may not affect so much in our business.

Infrastructure is really important to businesses. How have you seen India’s infrastructure improve recently? Do you see new opportunities opening up?

We will adopt the customer requirements with our infrastructure software and employee management plan. Our cloud based software solution will mitigate the risk of infrastructure issues in our company.

What do you want to accomplish in the next 5 years with your business?

We want to be well established in the SaaS industry with our product and services. Our vision is to reach the target market (US) with as many customers and employees in our business.

So, we will prepare the best plan in the sales and marketing for business success.

And finally, if people want to get involved and learn more about your business, how should they do that?

Since we are developing the software for the global customer, the Indian high tariffs plan will not make any impact in our business.

Even If there is any impact, We will overcome with the right agreements in the involving parties.
