For fitness, I play badminton & cricket. I have been invited as a speaker by IBM at sessions of 3 IBM Developer Connect Conferences in 2018 and 1 IBM Code Day Conference in 2019.

I have completed a bachelor’s in computer science from Rajasthan Technical University with a specialization in cloud computing from IBM.

While completing graduation, I competed for more than 50 hackathons worldwide and secured first and runner-up positions in 20 hackathons.

My near-future goal is to scale our businesses by designing marketing strategies and sales partnerships with our team.

What lessons has being an entrepreneur taught you?

Being an entrepreneur has taught me a lot of lessons. One of the most important lessons is that you have to be passionate about what you’re doing in order to be successful.

You have to be willing to put in the hard work and dedication required to make your business a success.

Additionally, you need to be able to handle rejection and failure. These are all lessons that I have learned from being an entrepreneur.

If you could go back in time to when you first started your business, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

There are a few things I wish I could go back and tell myself when I first started my business.

First, I would tell myself to start networking and building relationships as soon as possible. It’s never too early to start meeting people in your industry and getting your name out there.

Second, I would tell myself to be prepared for bumps in the road. Every business has its challenges, so it’s important to be prepared mentally and emotionally for whatever comes your way.

Third, I would tell myself to stay focused and don’t give up. It’s easy to get sidetracked when you’re first starting out, but it’s important to stay focused on your goals and not give up when things get tough.

Fourth, I would advise myself to take care of my health, both physically and mentally. Starting a business can be a very stressful endeavor, so it’s important to take care of yourself and make sure you’re staying healthy.

Fifth and finally, I would tell myself to enjoy the ride. Running a business is a lot of work, but it’s also a lot of fun. So be sure to enjoy the journey and savor the successes along the way.

A lot of entrepreneurs find it difficult to balance their work and personal lives. How have you found that?

There’s no easy answer when it comes to balancing work and personal life as an entrepreneur. It’s often a juggling act, and finding the right balance can be tough.

For me, it’s all about setting boundaries and making time for the things that are important to me outside of work.

I make sure to schedule time for my family and friends, and I try to take at least one day off each week to relax and recharge.

I also make sure to set aside time each day for myself, whether it’s going for a walk or just taking a few minutes to read or meditate.

It’s important to find what works for you and to be mindful of your own needs.

Give us a bit of an insight into the influences behind the company?

We’re passionate about creating products that help as many people as possible.

We value simplicity, quality, and user-centric designs. Till 2021, we were a service-based conversational AI company, and we helped many businesses use the power of AI to automate their processes.

In April 2021, we transitioned to being a product-based conversational AI company and launched our SaaS tool to allow millions of businesses to use conversational AI without having technical knowledge, and we are proud that we built botosynthesis.ai.

What do you think is your magic sauce? What sets you apart from the competitors?

Our magic sauce consists of different ingredients.

Use case-based sales + dedicated onboarding help + after-sales standup to help clients get results.

Most of our competitors are very heavily funded and have big teams and budgets but they lack in showing how the product can be used for their requirements, have no dedicated person to help and very poor support service.

We solve all of these challenges by offering them a dedicated manager and help them to deploy use cases and get results.

How have you found sales so far? Do you have any lessons you could pass on to other founders in the same market as you just starting out?

Sales are the most important part of any business. Even before a product is ready, the business needs to sell its ideas. As of now, we are only doing outbound sales using email and LinkedIn.

By the end of this quarter, we are starting ads to work on inbound lead generation. We have great results in outbound sales and are getting better day by day.

The most important part of selling a B2B SaaS platform is to show the results to your prospect.

Case studies, testimonials, and statistics help you convince your prospect to use your platform. Show them why you are the best by comparing your platform with your competitor’s.

What is the biggest challenge you have faced so far in your business, and how did you overcome it?

The biggest challenge I have faced is learning how to build rapport with my audience and finding people with the skill level to carry out the work that we don’t.

To solve this issue, I have started creating case studies with my clients to build rapport with my audience and make them trust us.

I have been very fortunate to have a lot of really great people help me get things off the ground.

What do you consider are the main strengths of operating your business in India and the specific state you are in over other states in India?

There are many reasons why India is an attractive place to do business. Here are some of the main ones:

1. India has a large population, which means there is a large potential market for businesses to tap into.

2. India has a young population, with a median age of just 27 years. This means that there is a large pool of potential customers and employees who are willing and able to work hard.

3. India has a growing economy, which presents opportunities for businesses to grow and expand.

4. India has a well-educated workforce, with a literacy rate of 74%. This means that businesses can find skilled employees to help them meet their needs.

5. India has a diverse culture, which can be a source of creativity and innovation for businesses.

6. India has a large number of English-speaking people, which makes communication and doing business easier for businesses from other countries.

7. India has a stable political environment, which provides businesses with the certainty and stability they need to operate successfully.

What (if any) are some weaknesses of operating your business within India and your state?

I don’t think there is any weakness in creating a SaaS company from my workplace. Being a remote company, we can work from anywhere.

If you could operate your business in another state in India rather than the State you are in, which state would it be and why?

In Gujarat, they have a really great startup ecosystem and schemes for startups.

India has an incredibly diverse population. How has the affected your consumer base and business?

Being a very diverse population didn’t affect but helped us in making our company better in terms of bringing different minds. It is great that, by being diverse, we are able to serve different businesses.

Infrastructure is really important to businesses. How have you seen India’s infrastructure improve recently? Do you see new opportunities opening up?

Yes, India’s infrastructure has improved a lot in recent years.

New roads, bridges, and other infrastructure projects have created new opportunities for businesses, both in terms of transportation and development.

Additionally, the government has been investing more in infrastructure projects, which has led to an overall improvement in the quality of life for citizens.

What do you want to accomplish in the next 5 years with your business?

We are working on building the world’s first interactive AI-based avatar platform called Maanav to help businesses deploy digital employees and create a virtual workforce.

And finally, if people want to get involved and learn more about your business, how should they do that?

Yes, the tariffs have definitely had an impact on our business. We’ve had to adjust our prices and our production process to account for the higher costs.

However, we do support the tariffs because we believe they will ultimately help protect domestic industry and jobs.
