This Side Amit Jain, the key driving force and a focused technology leader at B2C Marketing and B2C Info Solutions. I hold entrepreneurial talent and believe in building the next generation of business and marketing strategies for rapidly growing high-tech firms

. After successfully incubating 3 start-ups, I am busy leading technology teams, creating robust and scalable business solutions for customers including fortune 500 companies.

Me and My team brings decades of technology industry leadership, digital transformation expertise, and executive management experience to my current position within the company.

I am helping professionals and companies to increase their digital footprints in the marketing landscape and commercialization of innovative and creative ideas for businesses.

What lessons has being an entrepreneur taught you? 

As we all are familiar being an entrepreneur is not that easy, to be a successful one you need to trust in your skills and your team as well.

And above all your team must have dedicated individuals who have that fire to grow as professional and once they have that thing then the organization grows on its own.

If you could go back in time to when you first started your business, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Well, practically this isn’t possible but if I ever got a chance to back in time when I was struggling in setting up my business I would have given myself advice that just trusts the process, don’t be too impatient, and work on your weak areas and hustle hard to achieve all your desired goals at the point of time.

A lot of entrepreneurs find it difficult to balance their work and personal lives. How have you found that?

Managing Personal and Professional lives is not that easy especially if you are an entrepreneur, let me tell the reason for this.

You need to handle all the client meetings, office work and need to have family time too.

However, I am so grateful and thankful to the clients and my family that I had never got the chance to compromise my personal space with proffessional duties, they respect my space and I do theirs.

So, there has not been a problem when it comes to managing both aspects of life.

Give us a bit of an insight into the influences behind the company?

We are tech ninjas having that Knack for creative and Technical solutions.

We just started back in 2012, with an aim to serve clients with the best digital services that they can get. B2C Info Solutions is a digital technology company that provides end-to-end product engineering services across the globe.

Harnessing our years of experience, we provide cutting-edge engineering & cloud to build disruptive mobile/web-based applications for a well-versed digital transformation of businesses.

What do you think is your magic sauce? What sets you apart from the competitors?

This is a question that I haven’t answered in some time now. You see, there are numerous companies offering digital solutions across the globe.

So what makes us stand out from the competitors?

Well, I guess our team and our plan to walk the extra mile and make sure that the client’s requirements are fulfilled. And not only that, we also ensure that they get the best support and maintenance as well.

How have you found sales so far? Do you have any lessons you could pass on to other founders in the same market as you just starting out?

“They say sales are not everybody’s cup of Tea” But I think Sales is not tough it all depends on the ideas and the services that you are offering to your potential clients.

If I talk about sales lessons Don’t be too salesy, just sell ideas and emotions rest will fall back to the right place. Sell how you can solve their problem; be a problem-solver not a salesperson in tech.

What is the biggest challenge you have faced so far in your business, and how did you overcome it?

As we all are familiar, technology is changing very quickly, So the biggest challenge is trying to remain updated with all the latest tech trends such as IoT, Wearable, AR/VR, ML, and Metaverse.

And not only hiring the right talent for it is yet another challenge for us.

But we take this challenge and convert this into an opportunity in our favor and we thrive to Provide facilities to the team to participate in tech events to enlarge their technology skill-sets.

What do you consider are the main strengths of operating your business in India and the specific state you are in over other states in India?

Our main strength while operating our business in India is that we are based out of Bangalore which is the Silicon Valley, the city that produces the best tech talent across the country.

Apart from this, we have global Clients from the USA, UK, Australia, Singapore and Middle East.

What (if any) are some weaknesses of operating your business within India and your state?

Well, there aren’t any weaknesses while operating as we have the best pool of talent and most importantly the flexible enviornment to absorb all day to day challenges which leads to the business goals.

Working for global clients is also ver challenging when it comes to managing the clients from different time-zone.

This is somethiing we learnt over the years and now this is very well managed by the count of global projects we have already delivered successfully.

If you could operate your business in another state in India rather than the State you are in, which state would it be and why?

We are based out of Noida and Bangalore if there is another state we could operate would be Mumbai. It is yet another tech city in the country, we would love to explore that as well.

India has an incredibly diverse population. How has the affected your consumer base and business?

Our Unity is in Diversity. With a Diverse Population, we get the chance to explore new tech areas and always try to provide them unique solutions that meets all the customer requirements.

Infrastructure is really important to businesses. How have you seen India’s infrastructure improve recently? Do you see new opportunities opening up?

We are in the world where we follow HYBRID work model. Which brings the question back, do we really need to invest in infrastructure to that extent which we used to do 3 years back.

As of now, we are producing quality work while working in the hybird mode.

Which gives clear indication that we need to retain the existing infrastructure and wait for the right time to invest. I see new opportunities but not so soon.

What do you want to accomplish in the next 5 years with your business?

Woods are lovely, dark and deep.. but we have miles to go before we sleep..” B2C info solutions is taking steady steps towards building brands with the process of evolution in sight.

The pitch of technology has an ever changing turf and we are trying to keep abreast, evolve and inculcate the most upcoming innovations into our work.

Our goal is to be a digital platform producing technological solution for our clients and to be able to serve on a platter a technologically balanced meal as market demands.

And finally, if people want to get involved and learn more about your business, how should they do that?

Yes, India had imposed some relatively High Tariffs. Well, like everything in the universe there are pros and cons of high Tariffs.

But it would be okay for us, we were affected too. But we support the high tariffs from government but sooner later it is for benefit for the country.
