With over 14 years of extensive experience in Project Management and Service Delivery, my focus in the last 7+ years has been on the technical aspects within IT Cyber Security Services & Solutions. My technical expertise spans various domains, including IT Regulatory Compliance Solutions, IT/Network Security Audits & Products, Firewalls, IPS, SIEM, DLP, Database Security, Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, Threat Modeling, and more. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with a diverse range of customers, including prestigious entities such as OFB (Defence), Indian Army, SBI Bank, HSBC, Indian Bank, Co-operative Banks, SaaS Companies, Healthcare, Fintech start-ups, and several Middle East based Companies. I have provided leadership in building a Cyber Security Company (Intelidata Techedge Pvt Ltd.) from scratch , developing strategic Project Management strategies to align technical capabilities with business objectives. Technically certified as a CNSS (Certified Network Security Specialist) from ICSI-UK (International Cyber Security Institute) and an Internal Auditor from TUV. I hold additional certifications in Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing, Cloud Security, Burp Suite and many more to come.
What lessons has being an entrepreneur taught you?
Being an entrepreneur teaches a myriad of valuable lessons. Here are some that stand out: Resilience: Entrepreneurship teaches resilience in the face of challenges. Adaptability: Entrepreneurs learn to adapt quickly to changing environments. Risk management: Managing risks effectively is crucial for success. Persistence: Success often requires perseverance through failures. Resourcefulness: Entrepreneurs find creative solutions with limited resources. Time management: Juggling tasks teaches effective time management. Networking: Building relationships is key for growth. Customer focus: Understanding and meeting customer needs is vital. Leadership: Entrepreneurs learn to lead, motivate, and delegate. Financial literacy: Understanding finances is essential for decision-making.
If you could go back in time to when you first started your business, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
If I could go back, I’d tell myself to embrace failure as part of the journey. Every setback is an opportunity to learn and grow stronger. Don’t be afraid to take risks, but always be prepared to adapt and pivot when necessary. And most importantly, remember to take care of yourself along the way – maintaining balance and well-being is essential for long-term success.
A lot of entrepreneurs find it difficult to balance their work and personal lives. How have you found that?
Prioritize: Identify the most important tasks and focus on those first. Not everything needs to be done immediately, so learn to distinguish between urgent and important tasks.

The inspiration behind my services business is multifaceted. It’s driven by a combination of factors such as identifying unmet needs in the market, a desire to provide valuable solutions, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

How have you found sales so far? Do you have any lessons you could pass on to other founders in the same market as you just starting out?
Networking: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships with potential clients and industry influencers. Partnerships: Form strategic partnerships with other businesses, such as IT firms or industry associations, to expand your reach and credibility. Key Lessons for Founders: Ensure your customer support is responsive and effective, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Listen to Your Clients: Understanding and addressing the specific needs and concerns of your clients will help you tailor your services more effectively.
What is the biggest challenge you have faced so far in your business, and how did you overcome it?
Robust Customer Support 24/7 Support: Providing round-the-clock customer support reassured clients that we were always available to address their concerns and respond to incidents promptly. Dedicated Account Managers: Assigning dedicated account managers to each client helped build personalized relationships and provided clients with a consistent point of contact.
